The Boredom Files
The last post was written when I was a bit pissed off at everything as you can tell. The day out was fine on reflection but when I wrote the post and saved it to my PC my mind must have been in a different place.
This could be due to numerous things mainly boredom. I have tried many ways of combating this main cause of depression (I am not depressed by the way). These include:
1 Playing on my PC (PC 5 years old and keeps crashing)
2 Playing on my PlayStation (Bored now)
3 Trying to write a Novel (many attempts, cannot seem to start good)
4 Went to the cinema (once)
5 Gardening (got to knackered)
6 Eating (not the best one I admit)
7 Getting Drunk (took it to an extreme (wont do that again))
8 Listened to music (My music library is very small (850 songs))
9 Going for days out (need to try this one more and venture further a field)
10 Played Magic the gathering, Vampire the masquerade and other card games
11 Tidying up and hovering my bedroom (1 full day)
By the sounds of this list I have done all sorts but that is not true. I find myself still aimlessly wandering about. I cannot even go for a run to get rid of any energy because I don’t have any (feeling lethargic all the time and also the weather is not that good)
I need to find something to do that does not involve money due to a lack of it at the moment. Any Suggestions?
If you can think of something for me to do until I get my exam results post something on the website I will get the message
Could take up a Martial Art (Kendo)
Anyway I will keep you posted on my boredom and ways that I have found to combat it.
