Charlie and the Chocolate factory

To analyse this film you can two opinions one of the film critic and the other of the child watching the film.
The Inner child
The film was great from this point. There were no problems with noise in the cinema as the kids around us were not bored and there was plenty to look at. Some of the parts were excellently done. The Umpalumpas even though CG’ed were a nice touch and the songs were excellent along with the dance routines (especially rock gods). The film had a good feel good factor. It had its good points and also everyone laughed at certain points. A good film for an audience
The film review
It was a very bad film. Not very memorable as I cannot remember anything in it and I saw it only 4 hours ago. Johnny Depp’s acting was good (and I mean very good). Not typical Tim Burton though no weird angles (apart from the house). No gothic material as you would expect from Burton and it looked as if the contrast on the screen had been turned up.
Review
Not bad could have been done better. Acting very well done (not on the part of the kids I must say). Not very memorable and good for kids for entertainment but more fo a video film.
