Taking my own advice

In the past I have posted alot of information about how to deal with the real world. Now these pearls of wisdom (+5 Wsidom, Monk of doom) have been taken from all over the place.

The problem is dishing out this advice is much easier than using it for myself. Take the decide everything in 7 breaths thing from the book of the samurai. I have never ever done that. I always over complicate things and think about them in detail.

Why can I not take my own advice?

Is this is a problem or not I dont know but some of the advice is to do with carpe diem and I am a shy as fuck person. Those of you who know me very well will know this. It takes me ages to get to know someone.

Why can i not just ask or say hello to anyone. My dad can and its an absolute pain sometimes.

The meek shall inherit the earth but if I am too shy to ask someone there name after I have forgotten it for the 9th time how is that possible.
