Blurred realitys

A wize man once said "Psychotics think that two and two make five. Where the neurotic knows that two and two make four but they cannot stand it.".

Which of the two are you in personality.
Psychotic -
affected with psychosis
Psychosis -
a fundamental mental drengement where the subject losses contact with reality

Neurotic -
affected with neurosis
Neurosis -
a mental and emotional disorder that affects only part of the personality, is accompanied by a less distorted perception of reality than in a psychosis, does not result in disturbance of the use of language, and is accompanied by various physical, physiological, and mental disturbances (as visceral symptoms, anxieties, or phobias). E.g. OCD, Hypochondria, Phobias

I am the latter thank God (if he exists)
Here is an example of a Psychotic.

RL - Real Life
VR - Virtual Reality
RPG (Role Playing Games) These help with a loss or reality. I know the difference between RL and VR. This is a fine line and is being slowly melded. The best way to remove the line is to create a real life spawn point.
This would seriously harm some people mentaly.

I wonder if you could tell someone with a mental disorder the fact that spawn points exits. Would he try and kill himself or would he live still as the same man with no fear of death. The latter would create the perfect soldier but reckless. Is such a man needed in the real world though.

The following is a described conversation on World Of Warcraft and shows how blurred the line has become for some people.
Guy 1 : "I was talking to someone in RL yesterday"
Guy 2 : "What programs that then"

This is starting to scare me a bit.
