One Of The MOST Boring Weekends Ever 2
Well I had fun this weekend. No net. They are getting a new service provider and the net is down due to no broadband connection being present. I could still connect to Linksys but have no access to any of the amazing shite I normally look at.
I got a fair amount of coursework done because of it. I am now only stuck on the sql and have no example to work from. Looks like Wastel is gonna get leaned on and Bede too.
I also never got chance to talk to anyone on the net. I felt completly alone for the first time. I know I have a phone but I dont like to ring people just because I am bored. Could get annoying and also I never know what to talk about.
The most annoying thing about the weekend was my mam. She got a cold and by gum didnt we know it. She moped around and snapped at me all weekend. I think on sunday it was due to a lack of Mothers day card. I did not want to give it too her because she was snapping and ful;l of cold. I had nothing to give her either as I am in a bit of cash flow crisis (wont get paid until thurs) so I am going to postpone Mothers day until next weekend until she is better and I can get her something.
She has also decided that a bathroom visit as regular as clockwork is neccissary to help the day move along. This visit is at 6:15 am. She could not be any more loud and wakes me up every morning. She is like a herd of elephants on their way thorugh the jungle. Chipboard and plaster walls are very thin too.
The only LOL I had this weekend was that of going round and having a game of Magic with Ollie and Cral (both just done an all nighter) and the randomness of the Chuck Norris quotes of doom.
"Chuck Norris only has 2 speeds , Walk and Kill"
All in all a very poor weekend. Alone with my parents

You could always ring me, i'm sure everyone else is the same, we're all bored and do something in the summer!
